The Online Wellness Toolkit gives members the tools they need to set and achieve their unique health goals. It includes a Health Assessment to help them figure out their health risks, guidance to help them lower those risks, personalized trackers to check how they are doing and fun activities and challenges to keep members engaged.
This program encourages employees to complete a confidential health questionnaire that assesses their physical and emotional health and identifies any potential at-risk behaviors. Based on their answers, a personalized well-being plan is created, with recommendations and a wellness “roadmap” that helps guide them toward improved health.
MyHealth Advantage analyzes member health data and history, and then compares it with medical best practices, revealing possible health risks, care gaps or ways members could save money. Our Shopper Programs promote appropriate and affordable care for certain routine imaging, sleep and surgical procedures. Following a clinical appropriateness review, the Shopper Program may provide proactive outreach to members to let them know if there is a lower cost facility available for that procedure.
